Katherine Heigl speaks with the world about her "white bubble childhood" and how it has affected her parenting style for the children of her adoptive parents who are multiracial. She revealed in an interview recent interview that, in terms of skin color there is no difference. After speaking with her adopted sister from South Korea she realized just how differently society treats the children. "I inquired of Meg what she thought about being that she was treated differently when going out with our parents and those who went out on her own. She answered, "Oh yeah, always!" Heigl admitted to her parents that this made her realize how foolish she was. She admitted to becoming angry but felt she needed to channel her anger in order to assist the adopted children she has. Heigl has a son of 4 year with Josh Kelley, her husband for the past 13 years. The couple adopted their daughters Nancy Leigh, 12, from South Korea in 2009 and Adalaide 8 years old and Black from South Korea in 2012.
