Noureen Dwulf was created on the 28th day of February, 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. She's always displayed a keen desire to become an actor. Her career began as a child actor, performing in movies such like Alaska (1996), Now and Then (1995), Hocus Pocus(1993) and The Things I Want for christmas (1991). Her performance as a character in American Beauty brought her worldwide fame and recognition in 1999. In 2001, she appeared in the critically acclaimed movie Ghost World (2001), which earned her an Golden Globe nomination.
